SUSIE BOND

Susie graduated as a physiotherapist in 1987. She trained as a Pilates instructor in 1996 and worked as a Physio and Pilates instructor in London and Sydney with a wide variety of elite and recreational dancers and athletes as well as with people suffering from spinal and pelvic girdle pain. She was a dance department physiotherapist and has lectured for 15 years at Wesley Institute dance degree, on the online ICDF dance diploma and is now at AMPA College, Sydney, teaching Anatomy and Safe Dance principles. She has also lectured on Pilates teacher training courses and for various dance schools. She is a member of the Australian Physiotherapy Association, Pilates Association Australia and IADMS. Susie is the director of Activate Physio, Pilates, Annandale Sydney. Susie has enjoyed dance since she was 5 years old, and she still attends dance classes, including contemporary, Ballet, Swing and Zumba fitness!
